Our client, a major player in its sector, is modernizing the way environmental permits and single permits are requested, assessed, and followed up. The program aims to replace heavy paper-based and fragmented practices with a dematerialized, transparent, and intelligent permitting journey. The team needs a Business Analyst who can bridge policy, environmental expertise, and digital delivery while keeping the user experience at the center of the transformation.
ACTIVITIES
- Clarify business needs with environmental teams, permit specialists, and digital delivery squads.
- Model and document current and target processes, user journeys, and expectations.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements in a structured and testable way.
- Facilitate workshops to build consensus and resolve ambiguous business rules.
- Contribute to testing, acceptance, and incident management during rollout.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into permit analysis, document handling, or decision support.
