Data Analyst

Uncover customer and usage insights from large-scale data and turn them into actionable experience improvements. This role blends advanced analytics, storytelling, and collaboration with data scientists and BI experts to elevate customer experience.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, wants to understand customer behavior and usage patterns at a much deeper level in order to improve the experience it delivers. The Customer and Usage Experience squad is on a mission to transform large and often complex data into insights that product teams, business owners, and experience designers can actually act on. The Data Analyst will join this squad as an insight hunter: part analyst, part storyteller, and part experimenter. The role is not only about producing numbers; it is about spotting meaningful patterns, asking better questions, and helping the organization turn data into visible experience improvements.

ACTIVITIES

  • Identify new customer and usage insights through innovative analytical methods, models, and visual exploration.
  • Analyze large datasets to detect behaviors, friction points, segments, and opportunities linked to customer experience.
  • Build impactful visualizations and dashboards that make complex findings understandable and actionable.
  • Collaborate with BI specialists, data scientists, and big data experts to enrich analysis and validate conclusions.
  • Drive meaningful improvement initiatives by translating insights into recommendations and measurable hypotheses.
  • Present findings clearly to business stakeholders and support decision-making with evidence-based narratives.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Deliver fresh customer and usage insights that reveal concrete opportunities to improve experience.
  • Increase the adoption of data-driven decision-making within the squad and among business partners.
  • Create visualizations and analyses that are reused as reference points for experience improvement initiatives.
  • Help prioritize improvements based on measurable customer impact rather than intuition alone.
  • Contribute to a stronger analytics culture by connecting data science, BI, and business storytelling.

ENVIRONMENT

  • SQL, Python or similar analytical tooling for data exploration and analysis.
  • Business intelligence and data visualization tools for dashboards and insight communication.
  • Big data platforms and collaborative data science workflows.
  • Agile squad rituals involving business stakeholders, BI specialists, data scientists, and big data experts.
