Our client is rethinking a global Dynamics 365 landscape to reduce complexity and align teams on Microsoft standard practices. You will translate complex field-service processes into clean, scalable configurations that people actually want to use.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is preparing for a far-reaching global transformation of its field-service operations. The organisation has grown through acquisitions and local adaptations, leaving behind a patchwork of customisations, workarounds and process variants that slow teams down and make every release harder than it should be. This role sits at the heart of the shift towards standardisation: the client wants to return to Microsoft best practices, simplify its Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dataverse landscape, and give international teams a shared way of working without losing the operational detail that makes field service effective.
ACTIVITIES
- Lead functional analysis and design workshops with business and technology stakeholders across several countries.
- Map current processes, identify unnecessary customisations and translate business needs into standard Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dataverse, and advise on options, trade-offs and best-practice alternatives.
- Challenge requirements constructively and help stakeholders understand the long-term value of standard solutions.
- Document designs, decisions and recommendations so that global teams can adopt and sustain the new way of working.

- A clearer, leaner Dynamics 365 Field Service design that reduces custom code and configuration debt.
