ACTIVITIES

• Own payroll operations and compensation calculations across recurring and exceptional cycles.
• Prepare and control legal declarations, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and compliance.
• Act as a key user and implementation partner for SAP HR, translating needs into practical configurations and controls.
• Investigate discrepancies, reconcile data across systems, and maintain reliable payroll databases.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders to improve processes and documentation.
