IT Quality Assurance Manager

Step into a strategic quality role where you will safeguard the reliability of critical IT solutions and elevate testing practices across a DevSecOps ecosystem. You will define quality policies, coordinate validation activities, and coach teams to turn user feedback into tangible improvements.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is consolidating a fragmented landscape of digital solutions into a trusted, high-velocity delivery ecosystem. The organization has launched a quality and validation center of excellence to make sure every release is reliable, documented, and aligned with user expectations. Within this transformation, a senior expert is needed to connect policy, testing, and DevSecOps practice so that quality becomes a shared reflex rather than a final checkpoint.

ACTIVITIES

  • Define and roll out IT development quality policies that teams can apply consistently across projects.
  • Coordinate test preparation, execution, and reporting for critical solutions, ensuring traceability from requirements to evidence.
  • Supervise quality controls on deliverables and challenge suppliers, internal teams, and release candidates when standards are not met.
  • Turn user feedback and production insights into concrete quality improvements and recommendations.
  • Coach test coordinators and automation testers, helping them grow into confident quality ambassadors.
  • Promote quality actions inside the DevSecOps chain and animate a community of practice across delivery teams.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Establish a clear, practical quality framework that reduces escaped defects and rework while accelerating release confidence.
  • Raise the maturity of testing and documentation so that audit, compliance, and user-experience expectations are met with less friction.
  • Create a sustainable coaching culture in which quality ownership is distributed across product, engineering, and support teams.

ENVIRONMENT

  • DevSecOps delivery chain with automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Test management, defect tracking, and documentation tooling used to formalize evidence and traceability.
  • Agile and continuous improvement practices, with communities of practice, coaching rituals, and feedback loops.
