The Java Developer joins a product team that values craftsmanship, shared analysis, and honest collaboration over heroics. The mission is to deliver valuable increments while keeping the codebase clean, testable, and ready for change.
ACTIVITIES
- Refine sprint backlog items with product owners, analysts, and fellow engineers to clarify value and acceptance criteria.
- Design, build, and test Java-based features with a focus on readability, maintainability, and integration quality.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and pairing or peer-review sessions.
- Integrate new components into the existing application landscape and automate repeatable checks where possible.
- Share knowledge openly, experiment with better practices, and help the team improve through continuous learning.
