Our client needs a calm legal advisor to guide organisations through the high-pressure social elections cycle from start to finish. You will turn dense obligations into clear, timely actions so clients can focus on running their business while staying fully compliant.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is assembling a dedicated legal support team for one of the most demanding periods in the Belgian HR calendar: the social elections procedure. Between December 2027 and the end of May 2028, organisations must move through a sequence of legally defined milestones, and every date, notice and form carries consequences. The team will act as a steady guide for clients who need both legal accuracy and practical clarity, often under time pressure and with limited internal HR capacity.

ACTIVITIES

  • Support a team of legal consultants in advising clients throughout the social elections procedure.
  • Monitor each client's progress through the different phases and flag upcoming legal obligations.
  • Answer legal and practical questions from clients with clear, timely and well-founded guidance.
  • Help ensure that documentation, notices and formal steps comply with the applicable rules.
  • Contribute to service quality through careful follow-up, knowledge sharing and practical process improvements.
  • Join occasional client meetings or office visits, with potential on-site presence on election day in May 2028.
