Paid Media Marketing Manager

This mission calls for a senior marketing leader to orchestrate large-scale paid media and brand campaigns across multiple channels. The role blends strategic brand judgement, agency leadership and performance optimisation to create a consistent and positive customer experience.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is investing in a new generation of brand and segment campaigns designed to cut through a crowded market and create a consistent, positive brand experience at every touchpoint. The paid media landscape is increasingly fragmented, with creative, media and measurement partners each holding a piece of the puzzle. The organisation needs a senior marketing and communications manager who can orchestrate large-scale cross-media campaigns, challenge agencies with confidence and turn campaign performance data into sharper strategic decisions. This is a role for someone who can combine brand judgement with paid media discipline and keep multiple stakeholders aligned around one campaign story.

ACTIVITIES

  • Develop and manage strategic brand and segment campaigns across paid media, owned channels and cross-media touchpoints.
  • Brief, coordinate and challenge creative and media agencies, ensuring that ideas, media plans and production timelines fit the strategic ambition.
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret results and translate data into optimisation actions for targeting, messaging, channel mix and budget allocation.
  • Protect and strengthen the brand experience by ensuring consistency, relevance and quality across every campaign asset and customer interaction.
  • Manage campaign governance, stakeholder reviews, budget tracking and post-campaign learning so that each wave improves the next.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Deliver high-impact paid media campaigns that build brand equity while meeting awareness, consideration and audience engagement objectives.
  • Establish a clear operating rhythm with agencies and internal teams, reducing rework and improving speed from brief to launch.
  • Create a measurable campaign learning loop that connects media performance, creative effectiveness and brand perception.
  • Reinforce a positive brand experience across segments by keeping campaign promises coherent from first impression to follow-up.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Paid media platforms, cross-media planning, campaign analytics and brand tracking dashboards.
  • Agency management routines covering creative development, media buying, production and performance reviews.
  • Brand strategy, segment marketing, communications planning and stakeholder management.
  • Budget tracking, campaign governance tools and reporting frameworks used to monitor effectiveness and optimise in-flight campaigns.
