Platform Enablement Specialist

Our client is opening the doors to a newly built internal developer platform and needs someone to turn onboarding into a smooth, repeatable success story. You will coach product and application teams until the platform becomes their natural route from idea to production.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, has invested in a new enterprise Internal Developer Platform designed to industrialise the full software development life cycle. The platform is more than a tooling layer: it represents a shift towards standardised delivery, faster onboarding, better developer experience and an AI-driven development life cycle. The next challenge is adoption. Product and application teams need a guide who can translate platform capabilities into concrete project steps, remove friction and help teams become autonomous without losing speed or quality.

ACTIVITIES

  • Receive and assess project requests from application and product teams that want to use the internal developer platform.
  • Guide teams through onboarding, from first contact to validated usage.
  • Coach squads on platform practices, golden paths and service consumption.
  • Provide hands-on support during early adoption and help resolve blockers.
  • Validate usage and collect structured feedback to improve the platform.
  • Maintain clear documentation, run knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to continuous improvement.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • A growing number of teams onboarded efficiently and confidently onto the platform.
  • Shorter ramp-up times for projects using the platform.
  • Better alignment between platform capabilities and real delivery needs.
  • Stronger developer autonomy and fewer ad hoc workarounds.
  • A feedback loop that helps the platform evolve in line with the AI-driven development strategy.
