Platform Enablement Specialist

Our client is expanding its internal developer platform to external service provider teams and wants a specialist who can make onboarding feel structured, practical and empowering. You will help provider teams formalise their services, integrate smoothly and operate autonomously inside the new platform model.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is implementing an enterprise Internal Developer Platform as part of a wider effort to industrialise software development and support an AI-driven development life cycle. The platform is not only for internal teams: service provider platform teams must also join the journey, bringing their services into a shared operating model and learning to work autonomously within it. The role is about making that transition feel intentional rather than chaotic, with clear service offerings, clean integrations and strong onboarding support.

ACTIVITIES

  • Guide service provider platform teams through their onboarding journey.
  • Help teams formalise service offerings so they are clear, reusable and easy to consume.
  • Support the integration of services into the internal developer platform.
  • Coach provider teams towards autonomous operation and good platform practices.
  • Identify blockers, gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Produce documentation and enablement materials that make future onboarding smoother.
