Program Manager
Lead a sensitive modernization program at the intersection of technical delivery, stakeholder coordination, and operational security. You will act as the trusted bridge between legacy systems and a new responsive web platform while keeping priorities, teams, and reporting aligned.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is modernizing a critical digital estate that supports high-stakes investigations and operational coordination. For years, teams have relied on legacy Windows client applications while newer web and responsive services have grown alongside them. The organization now needs a Program Manager who can bring structure, technical credibility, and calm leadership to a complex transformation without disrupting daily operations. The program spans architecture, infrastructure, CI/CD, application development, and DevOps, and it sits in an environment where security, prioritization, and clear reporting are non-negotiable. You will join a multidisciplinary setting where technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners must move in step, and where every decision can affect the reliability of essential services.
