Project Coordinator

Guide a national network of professional offices through a secure network migration with clarity and care. You will combine project coordination, proactive customer follow-up, and practical support so every office moves forward without friction.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is rolling out a new secure network environment for a large national network of regulated professional offices. The migration is not just an IT cut-over: each office must understand the requirements, take the right actions, and progress through a sequence of practical transition steps. The Project & Customer Support Coordinator will be the human guide through that journey, combining structured follow-up with empathetic customer contact. The role sits between project governance and daily operational reality, ensuring that no office is left behind because a form was unclear, an action was missed, or a technical question went unanswered.

ACTIVITIES

  • Act as the primary coordination point for professional offices moving to the new secure network environment.
  • Contact offices proactively to explain transition requirements, next steps, and deadlines.
  • Track progress across offices, follow up on outstanding actions, and maintain reliable administrative records.
  • Handle practical and technical questions, routing complex issues to the appropriate specialists and ensuring follow-through.
  • Coordinate with project, support, and technical teams to remove blockers and keep migrations on schedule.
  • Provide clear communication materials and guidance that make the transition easy to understand and act on.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • A smooth, well-tracked migration with fewer offices stuck in unclear or incomplete transition states.
  • High customer confidence, supported by proactive communication and dependable follow-up.
  • Reliable administrative visibility for project leadership, including progress, risks, and recurring support themes.
  • A repeatable coordination model that reduces friction for future waves or similar network changes.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Project coordination, customer support, and administrative tracking tools.
  • Secure network migration concepts and office-level IT readiness checks.
  • Ticketing, CRM or follow-up systems for managing customer progress and technical escalations.
  • Collaborative methodologies spanning project teams, technical specialists, and external professional offices.
