SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
An HR transformation programme is unifying critical people data across SAP landscapes and a modern SuccessFactors ecosystem. The mission needs an expert who can shape the roadmap, finalise specifications and prepare legacy applications for a controlled migration.
CONTEXT
An HR transformation programme is underway to centralise people data, improve reliability and create a stronger foundation for HR services. The landscape includes SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors and a set of specific developments that have grown around legacy needs. The organisation is ready to move from scattered effort to a deliberate roadmap: define the scope for SuccessFactors implementation, finalise specifications and prepare legacy applications for migration. As SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join at a pivotal moment. You will help shape what the future HR technology estate should look like, how SAP HR and SuccessFactors will integrate, and what must happen for the migration to be controlled rather than chaotic. This is a role for someone who can see both the big picture and the detail that makes it real.
