UX Designer

Translate complex business value propositions into intuitive digital concepts across web, mobile, and employee interfaces. This role leads early ideation, shapes information architecture, and hands off clear, compelling concepts to UX/UI designers.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is rethinking how customers and employees interact with a complex digital ecosystem spanning web channels, mobile applications, and internal interfaces. Before pixels are polished, the organization needs a strong concept phase that connects business value, user needs, and information structure. The UX Designer will own this early design moment: gathering insights, framing the problem, defining the information architecture, and producing low-fidelity concepts that give teams a shared direction. This is a role for a designer who enjoys the intellectual challenge of making complexity feel simple and who can influence decisions before a single high-fidelity screen is produced.

ACTIVITIES

  • Gather requirements, business inputs, and user insights to frame digital concept opportunities.
  • Translate value propositions into innovative and usable solutions across web, mobile, and employee interfaces.
  • Define information architecture, user flows, and navigation principles for new or evolving digital experiences.
  • Draft low-fidelity wireframes and concept artefacts that communicate structure and intent clearly.
  • Lead the ideation phase and facilitate alignment between business, product, and design stakeholders.
  • Deliver a comprehensive concept report and support UX/UI designers during refinement and detailed design.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Produce clear, actionable digital concepts that align business value with real user needs.
  • Reduce ambiguity before design and development by establishing strong information architecture and low-fidelity direction.
  • Improve stakeholder alignment around a shared vision for new digital experiences.
  • Create reusable concept patterns and recommendations that can scale across multiple channels.
  • Ensure a smoother handoff from ideation to UX/UI refinement and delivery.

ENVIRONMENT

  • User research, information architecture, wireframing, and concept design methods.
  • Design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and collaborative whiteboarding tools.
  • Figma or similar design and prototyping tools, plus documentation and concept reporting practices.
  • Complex multi-channel digital ecosystems involving web, mobile, and employee-facing interfaces.
