UX Designer
A Senior UX Designer is needed to shape accessible, mobile-first experiences and grow a living Design System. You will turn research insight into elegant interfaces that improve the everyday experience of complex applications.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is on a mission to make complex digital applications feel simple, human and accessible. Users are expected to navigate dense workflows, multiple roles and a growing set of digital services, and the experience must remain coherent across products. That is where the Senior UX Designer comes in. This role is not about decorating screens; it is about understanding behaviour, asking better questions and shaping interfaces that reduce friction. The client is also investing in a Design System that must be maintained and developed as a shared language across teams. You will help ensure that research insights, accessibility standards and mobile-first thinking become part of the way products are conceived, not afterthoughts.
